Absolutely enjoyed this book. Tony's book shows diversity and cultural differences amongst the many employee's in security and how this can effect the working environment , I have to say that any member of the general public who would read this book would truly find it an education on how one should pass through a security area. To complete my review I would like to add having been in security myself I truly hope that a member of management takes time to read this book . Unfortunately officers are only numbers on a list .Many managers do not take interest in staff as individuals. This attitude is rife within the Security department . Congratulations Tony .

A must read book from Tony Levy
A fascinating but somewhat disturbing insight into security at Heathrow airport. It is very well written and structured and makes you both laugh and grit your teeth as yopu read about the "goings on" behind the scenes. A worthy follow up to his first book about his years in the prison service. Definitely a must read for anyone travelling through Heathrow, or indeed any English airport. I will look on the security staff a differnt way next trip.

Excellent read ( and im not a book reader).Slightly bias on Tonys book having worked at Heathrow with him.If you are not a security officer you will be transported into the world of the airport security.Well done Tony.

with some wonderful eye opening moments
El Dorado gives the reader a fascinating and entertaining insight into the working lives of security staff and customers in a large airport, with some wonderful eye opening moments! I found it a fast paced and riveting read throughout and I very much look forward to reading Tony Levy's next book.

Wow...such a great read..a very good insight in the life of a security officer at Heathrow Airport a must for any traveller I cannot recommend this book enough. Well done Mr Levy 😊

Enjoyable read , didn’t want it to end, well done!
Loved this book, it is full of genuine information very good read didn’t want it to end, Tony Levy is witty and very honest, he pulls no punches and says it as it is, can’t wait for his next book .
