Awesome, great story amazing art work ,surely one of the all time great comic book series . Maybe someone could adapt this for tv one day ......

The comics are a great read but there is one issue. Since buying these comics in bulk form for the kindle they started off at a price of £3.49. The more of the volumes I was buying I started to notice the price was rising. I'm now reading volume 7 and the price as gone from 3.49 from volume 1 up to £5.99 at volume 7. I have also checked the price of volume 8 and that is now in the £7 range. So unfortunately I shall not be reading anymore of the comics as the more I read the price rises. What a shame Amazon, you have now lost a customer.

Liked these books, although the TV adaptation has refined them into something better.In this episode, Rick ends up in the Governor's town, which presents a new threat to the other survivors at the prison. Did always feel it was a mistake (Spoiler alert!) to chop his hand off though - a mistake thankfully not repeated by the TV series.Found this series a little tiring in a way, because all the characters die after a while, so you sometimes wonder what the point of following them is - at least on the TV series they occasionally have a few weeks of peace on a farm or starting a community in a prison.But my main complaint is that I did not think of the idea first - I started writing a zombie novel only to discover these graphic novels had got there first, rendering my idea redundant!

Great issue, tension really starting to heat up & characters starting to really change & question what they have become since apocalypse. Pretty violent issue, one panel involving disturbing use of a spoon that may haunt me for life, if you have seen fantastic HBO show OZ you will have come across it before. But often the most memorable stories are not most pleasant and I love to be shocked, to see how messed up things get. Which they most certainly do! Only real flaw is get through these so fast want next one now & cannot afford it. Going to be a tough wait!!!

Have bought all the volumes for my son who is a massive Walking Dead fan. We do all watch the TV programme together, but he loves these graphical novels, they are very well drawn and the story is a little different from the TV program so if you enjoy the program I think these are a great read. :)

The way that these astounding graphic novels make you question your own human nature and how you would react to such a disaster is so enthralling that it's easy to forget that you're just reading this story and not living it yourself. Perfection.

Every volume is getting intense and this one is amazing.I enjoy the way the plot get rising, getting excited, how the characters are trying to survive and not controlling their emotions, with everything getting real dark, something that would be criticized if happens in the series. I'm amazed by how everything develop here.

Este comic lo empecé a leer cuando iba la temporada del gobernador, luego dejé de leerla un rato y la retomé después del "cliffhanger" de negan. Muy recomendable ya que detalla y desarrolla perfectamente a sus personajes y hay algunos que tienen más historia que en la serie y te sorprenden lo que les pasa.

Jamais déçue des Walking Dead malgré la longueur de la série. Je continue à suivre comme à la première heure (à l'inverse de la série télé qui m'a beaucoup déçue)

Maggie did not go to Woodbury in this comic book... Wow. That is different.In any event, Group Rick is left in the lurch now that they know that people in Woodbury are coming after them. Is the governor alive? He was alive in the TV series when he came to attack the prison.
