Fantastic camera. All the features work as advertised. Great price.One star off because not for use in all cars... like mine. Not suitable if your vehicle has a large sensor array (auto headlights, rain sensor, etc.) behind rear view mirror. Had to move right in front of passenger seat to get the sensors out of the camera's view.Shiny gold color makes this camera stand out behind windscreen. Great for arguing with the other driver in a fender bender. Not so great as a "steal me" billboard when your car is parked.

Gave this as a Christmas gift so it's only been in service 4 months. The camera won't stay on the post, although it sticks nicely to the windshield. Now the charging port (USB interface) on the camera is completely out of service! It has worked it's way inside the camera and I can't get it out, therefore the camera won't charge. Oh, and speaking of charging, the camera now turns on and off at it's own will! No one has to touch it - it just turns on and off! The only paperwork that came with the camera is the User Manual, and there isn't a manufacture name, address or number in it anywhere! So, who do I call to get it replaced?!

Need to provide better instructions and increase print size.

It only works for 2 months and not working anymore. The seller offer several ways to fix it but still not working. I think it might has something to do the quality. I purchased other dash cam and all look like from the same manufacturer since design is all the same just put different brand. I probably will spend more money on ther well known brand

This unit worked well for a while, but after 6 months it started to turn itself off and on and display a LOW BATTERY light even when it was plugged in. Now it is dead.

The video quality is excellent and license plate numbers can be seen in the daylight and at night. The controls and the camera are easy to operate in my opinion. Setting up is easy, and it is a pretty simple camera to use in the car. Instructions could be more clear, but I soon knew how to make it work. It contains a 5V car charger with enough wire to go from the camera to the car's cigarette lighter. I am glad the car charger has an extra USB port so I can use it to charge my phone while driving.The camera footage is solid without discernible vibration. It did not come with a microSD card so I ordered a 64GB card. You can watch the videos directly on the camera or you can download the videos and watch it on your computer. There are some more functions that I still need to figure out how to use, but it is a great product.
