Salted Air Dried Cod Fish - Bacalhau 1000g

Purchased from The Yum Biltong Family, at first I wondered how good this was going to be, Im extremely familiar with the salted cod and have consumed salted cod made into various tasty recipes, and this cod was of great quality.The cod itself was vacuum packed and sufficiently wrapped, so it arrived as one would expect, and it arrived ahead of delivery schedule.Would definitely recommend to anyone who is familiar and knows how to prepare and cook salted cod, you wont be disappointed assuming the quality remains constant.

The quantity very very poor for the price it was for my elderly mother she was so disappointed at the amount for the price of 47 pounds you should get a lot for that money very disappointed would not recommend at the moment if quantity change I would be happy
