Not any good!
The tube from the pump dud not reach the bottom of the bottle, therefore no soap dispensed - hence the low rating. Tried to get a resolution from taccy and Amazon to no avail, so returned it!

A really good choice
This soap dispenser definitely lives up to my expectations. It is very neat, it looks good and it works well without leaking, a problem I had with the previous dispenser it replaced. I am very happy with it and hopefully it will last for many years.
