Installed on my 1977 Mercury 7.5hp because my outboard was running like it was on 1 cylinder. After replacing spark plugs, spark plug wires, new coils, new gas line, new gas bulb, cleaned the carb, nothing was working. I decided to replace the switch box and found this one. The outboard fired right up, the motor has never run so well. This switch box works.

Seems to worked out fine. Haven't use the motor much since the part was installed but it seems to cured the problem.
