I absolutely love Pilgrim diffusers. I bought my first one for my downstairs and had to get one for my bedroom. I bought this one for my bedroom and it is the perfect decor piece as well. I love how it has enough water to last throughout the night and the remote control to control the mist and light makes it very convenient to use when laying in bed. The fan does make some noise when in use, but it works out perfect for me because I need some noise in my room to help fall asleep. If you're looking for a diffuser, pay for quality and go with Pilgrim.

I was really happy with it but I have had it for a little bit less than a few weeks and it won't turn on anymore.Quite expensive for 2 weeks of diffusing essential oils.

I got Zoe for in my home. It is the perfect addition to a cozy home. Its stylish design gives that extra touch and the essential oils I purchased from the Pilgrim Collection website (I went for uplift) are wonderful and fill the home with a wonderful relaxing scent! I love the meditation light which I use for my evening meditations and I use the light also for my bedroom! It is really useful for a variety of purposes. I highly recommend it for who is looking for a nice addition to their homes and want to clean the air !

Overall really nice. The one I received had some minor flaws in the glass, disappointing but not too noticeable I guess. It is not very quite, even on the lowest setting of must you can hear a fan running inside.

I am so pleased with this purchase a Christmas gift for myself:) I had been viewing many different essential oil diffusers for weeks on end and didn't particularly like to rounded shaped ones with tall spouts. This however, is so sleek and attractive and ver clean mininal look. The colours are lovely and peaceful, it has couple function settings. And you can remotely use it with  remote control. The time setting is also wonderful; I leave it on for an hour as I am working in the house and can therefore become distracted and not have to worry about forgetting to switch it off. And it can be left on all day and it will automatically shut down after 12 or any times the water runs out. So excellent safety features! Christmas day - my brother was so exicted to use this but to both of our surprise, no mist. It also makes a horrible unrelaxing motor sound when it's on. This is such a disappointment especially more so because of how expensive it is compared to other aroma diffusers. It looks pretty and the light works well...but now it's just an expensive lamp filled with water.. I'm disappointed that you guys would allow this to be sent out to anyone

Now I have a £99 paperweight, not ideal, should have kept controls on the device itself incase of remote failure. Doesn't appear to be anyway of buying a new remote either, disappointing.Don't expect such an expensive diffuser to break so quickly.

Hi, I ordered this product to accommodate our Scandinavian style interior and I could not be more happy. The packaging, the instructions, the product design, the materials, all makes it a unique product. The box is relatively big, but at least the diffuser glass is safe. This object is now part of our home as the lamp makes it even more useful. Congrats Pilgrim, exciting times ahead.

Not working... as you can see in the picture the diffuser has light on. All works except it doesn’t produce any mist. The oscillator that makes the mist doesn’t work...there is no doubt, it is turned in with max mist setting.
