Mixed feelings. Watch is nice, the rotating bezel is useful, and that the bezel actually works is unusual - most watches seem to have them immobile and just for show. The luminescent dial also is useful, though I had hoped it would be electroluminescent. So two useful features that don't seem to be on similar watches.But, as already mentioned by others the clip is loose, wobbles side to side. A padded pair of pliers improved that, though not completely. The metal of the hoop is soft, and easily bent. Certainly not strong enough to be a bottle opener, if that is indeed what the design is for (that's what it looks like it's for). Which then renders the need for the loop being so wide rather pointless, and a more carabina like shape, like others, would have been better.Time will tell how ergonomic and functional it proves to beLater: the recipient is no longer using it. The wide hoop meant it hung lop-sided from the belt loop, and so didn't lie flat, and caught on things and got in the way. So, given that it's meant to be functional first and foremost, there not much point if it is effectively unwearable. Sadly that loses stars.

I've had this less than two months and the second hand seems to have come loose from the rest of the mechanism. It only goes round if the watch is on a horizontal surface. If I hold the watch with the face vertical the second hand points towards the ground. Completely useless for medical applications. Also, the face is luminous in the dark, but so are the minute and hour hands so you can't tell what time it is. Don't buy this thing unless you want an expensive bottle opener....that bit seems to work fine.

The watch itself is surprisingly heavy but it is fine, it's easy to use and keeps good time; however, the clasp is very weak; mine broke after just a handful of wears. I'm still using it but the clasp is bound up with Sellotape and it looks awful.

Better quality than I realized, so easy to see in the dark. Well worth the money
