A Good CD to help relaxation and induce sleep
I buy these types of cd to help me get off to sleep. This is good and one of the better ones I own. There are no loops of sounds which can be annoying and defeat the purpose, particularly if the loop is of rain drips. There are three tracks and each I find calming and sleep inducing.

Good recording
The audio quality is good, with good stereo image, and natural sounds. It is a single recording, and not a couple of minutes of looped audio. Useful for background noise, or to fall asleep to.

The wind track isn't great. However
The first track that is supposed to be a thunderstorm is mostly bugs. The wind track isn't great. However, I have the dynamic thunder track set on repeat for a good night's sleep, so it was still worth purchasing.

Sometimes a little storm is all you need
This record offers exactly what it says: A recording of a storm. An hour long recording, even. And what an excellent storm it is (I know, it felt funny writing this sentence too). The hour includes a segments with light rain, slightly quieter periods and of course full storm effect. The audio quality is good, with good stereo image, and sounds all natural (although one can never be too sure). What I miss is some kind of info on the cover about the recording. Where is it recorded? And when? One can only guess. On the other hand, such info would perhaps remove some of the "magic" that's there. Cause right now it could just as well be recorded up in the highlands as along the coast - the "white noice" heard could be leaves in the wind, or waves on the shore. I never knew they sounded so much alike, but they do!All in all this is an hypnotic hour. Actually I get sleepy just by thinking about it...
