The only good thing is the color of the case! The sound is terrible. The device is heavy to hold, especially if you're laying down. The charging port is in a bad spot and the volume controls are a pain in the a**!

For the money spent I think it was a great deal. It has done everything asked of it with no hiccups so far. All in all I would buy it again.

Fantastic deal....

Bought this tablet three months ago and had nothing but trouble from the start. It was delivered with a pencil tool that was missing a part. Customer service would not replace. I've spent a small fortune on Microsoft products over the years, now they will not replace a two dollar pencil. The tablet itself is terrible, it has a mind of its own, turning itself on and off at will. Oh, forgot to say that's only when the tablet decides to turn on, which sometimes takes fifteen minutes. The sound is awful, so forget playing music on this machine. The list of troubles goes on and on but I will finish here. The old saying "You get what you pay for" holds true here.
