Super-impressive tablet
I love this tablet. though it was not 'new' or the blue model. The package had been opened and the product used since it did not contain all of the packing material and items as noted in the user guide. As for the tablet, I use Adobe Photoshop CS6 x64 on this tablet! Seriously, it works great. I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but my tablet updated to the 'creators' update Build 1709 and has been running great. I have 12.9Gb of free space on the tablet after the update, Photoshop install and installing 4 apps and 2 games from the Microsoft store. I installed a 32Gb microSDHC card for videos and music but I don't think I really need it.As for battery life, I used Photoshop for 4 hours and then played a couple games for an hour and the tablet was at 60% battery remaining. Using this for work, 8-20hr day, the battery has not failed me yet even being connected to a TV.

Worked for about a year, then won't stay powered on
I purchased this in September 2017. It came nicely packed and while it doesn't run super fast, it did fine for browsing the web and basic tasks. The pen input also worked OK, though as others have mentioned it does have a bit of lag to it. I haven't really used the pen much though.Everything was working great until a Windows update in Spring 2018. Even though I hadn't installed any extra software on the tablet, it still needed more space for the upgrade to complete. I installed a SD card and configured it so Windows could use it as additional space and told it to complete the upgrade. I put the tablet down for the night and the next morning expected it to be updated, but instead I arrived at a corrupt Windows install that barely worked, with tons of random errors.Since there was no way to revert the updates, I went to NuVision's site and luckily found that they have the original factory install images available for download. To install the image, you first need to create a USB boot drive from it, use the OTG adapter with a USB hub so you can also have a keyboard/mouse installed (which also means it needs to do the full install while running on battery), then cross your fingers while the imaging process completes. Luckily it finished before the battery was dead and things were good again (for a short period of time).I started the Windows 10 update process again, because it now was reverted back to the original image with no updates. This took quite some time, and of course needed some external storage to complete the most recent updates, but this time it wouldn't allow a SD card to be used as the extra storage. So again I had to update with a USB key installed and while running on battery. After all updates were done, I try to login and the tablet now powers off after only a few minutes of use. It reports the battery as 93% full, but it does a full immediate power-off regardless. After a few of these shutdowns it will bring up the Windows recovery screen, which it doesn't power off like the regular Windows boot. It also will do a system reset while running on battery just fine, but as soon as Windows boots and it's configured for the first time it then shuts down right away. At this point I've contacted NuVision for assistance, but expect I might have to do a factory install yet again.
