Pretty cool tool to have! We are in the process of fixing up our home... This is definitely an experience for us as the first time we changed things it was really just a nice and easy lipstick remodel. This one is definitely more involved, but we are finding we are handier than we ever thought, and we are loving learning a lot and how to use different tools/complete different projects such as the perfect trim cut, making some basic furniture pieces, mosaic tile, etc. This is a great tool for us, and I am really excited to give my husband for Christmas!Pros:1) I pulled it out today and tested. The angles are very easy to adjust, and I love that! It is really easy to adjust and tighten down so they won't slip.2) carrying bag is nice. It can sit in your toolchest and not get all dinged, bent, etc. It isn't a hard case, but it definitely keeps it compact and protected.3) pretty solid material. This has a nice weight to it, and won't be damaged easily.4) measurements are easy to read. This is handy! And it is sturdy enough to mark your measurements without it changing position. In a world in which you measure twice and cut once, this is a great feature.Cons:1) I don't have any. I love that there are a million YouTube videos that really teach you how to use these tools and how to complete projects. Anyone can be a handyman, and that's priceless for us sweat equity lovers. This tool is a welcome addition to our collection!

I have needed a tool like this for some time. I have been working on a flooring project that never seems to end. I have been challenged by some of the angle cuts as some of the rooms are not square. This has been a huge time saver and makes the whole process more efficient. The ruler is sturdy and easy to use. It seems to be made well. The joints are solid and easy to adjust.This has been a huge time saver and I can't believe I waited so long to get it. Highly recommended.

My husband saw one of these on tv and decided he needed it. It's perfect for making all the angles and cuts just right for all his building projects. The ruler seems pretty sturdy and like it will hold up well.

The various videos on this tool showed lots of ways to make complicated cuts but there was no instructions with the tool.
