Doesn't the weight of this cause the cap rim to droop down? Requiring constant readjustments?

I wear this on a rather light-weight cap and have not had any issues with the mirror's weight tugging the cap or visor down.

Can this be worn on either side of the cap?

Yes--the mirror itself is attached via a wire which is maneuverable.

Yes can be used for cycling ,However how to attach to helmet an issue. Glasses mount work’s better with helmets.
