4LT Digital Video Name Tag Badge 3" white

I bought this little gadget to make a statement at an event. My goal was for people to see me as "that tech lady" and be remembered. WOW! This really came through on both counts! I feel a little guilty because it was so darned easy to get started.I contacted support because my pictures were not switching at the same rate and they gave a quick response about optimal picture size (480x288). I resized the photos from my camera and couldn't be happier with the results!I choked a bit on the cost at first, but its the best marketing for me to have invested in.

Unfortunately, it has to be returned because the firmware is out-of-date according to iDigitag customer service. According to them, Amazon has old inventory. The badge will not communicate with Windows 10 which means you don't have the ability to move your files to the badge. iDigitag offered to have me ship it back them for a firmware update, but I decided against it. If they can't push an update my way, then what happens in the future with new releases of Windows, etc? I don't want a badge that is already obsolete, and requires shipping in order to be serviced for updates. On the plus side, the screen did look beautiful. On the negative side, the badge is very heavy.

Probably works better on heavier suit jackets as opposed to a ladies sweater as the device is a bit heavier than expected.

We have gotten tons of compliments on these for our audio business. A definite keeper and attention hook for businesses.
