It's got a great consistency, easy to drizzle on things, not too thick, not runny. I love the squeeze bottle. It is the perfect combination of sweet and savory and acidity, and adds so much depth to many things...I have used it drizzled on pizza, salads, fresh figs that have been sauteed in EVOO and basil. Gives your dishes a lovely presentation, tastes fantastic, and is now an indispensable part of my pantry.
