Didn't give instructions on how to use and it was chunky even after shaking the bottle. I understand that it may need to be shaken but the dropper wouldn't work correctly because of the chucks. Don't buy.

I used to use a Kava/Valerian tea prior to going to bed and it got me through the night. I ordered this elixir assuming it would do the same thing. I'm not saying that the product is poor or faulty in any way; just that it has not worked for me. I followed the instructions to the letter, but it is not working for me. Perhaps it would work for others who do not have pain and sleep issues that I have. I hope it works for someone else.
