Firstly, the phone itself. For a cheap handset it is loaded with features and the Add-X is not intrusive, the screen is clear and bright and the voice recognition is good. However, there were two major issues with my one. The biggest issue was that the microphone would turn off while answering a call and not turn on again, rendering it useless as a phone! Also, it would fail to download the relevant Android 7 update.Which brings me to the second issue. Customer service response to emails about the update was nil, zilch, nada, bugger all. Facebook said they were dealing with queries as quick as they could and Spark phones would receive an update in time. Then I read that Wiley Fox were going into administration and had sacked 20 customer support staff. One posted that any further over the air updates were unlikely to happen.My verdict? If Wiley Fox were solvent the phone had great potential for the price, but as it is now don't risk it unless you need it for a museum of mobile phones or like it for use as a paperweight. Needless to say, I returned mine for a refund while I still could!

I have been very surprised with this phone, having moved over from an iPhone I did have a few reservations regarding how it would match up and I have not been disappointed.This phone does everything I need it to and more. Easy charging, quick apps, nice to use interface, and much more. It feels like but has some weight to it so it doesn’t feel cheap.Even having the Ads on the lock screen isn’t really an issue, I just swipe to open my phone and the ad is gone! No nagging or pressure so that was a nice surprise!I recommend you get a case just to look after it, but I think it will be able to take a few knocks!Easy to set up with my gmail account and it lasts all day too. Honestly this phone has surprised me with its functionality givens it’s price.Would recommend this to whoever wants a good phone without the huge cost.

Is it slow? Not at all, it's not jittered or froze my typing at all and I doubt it will anytime soon. Does the battery die fast and take long to charge? Nope, it lasts long time and charges at a good pace. Just because this is cheap doesn't mean it's bad and the negative connotations shouldn't exist. The camera is surprisingly good, hence picture of the charging cable that comes with it, nifty. The only issue is the fact it's unable to update, but there's ways around it so it's not that big of a deal. Overall, can't complain and worth the money

Nice phone but would not update software, and most importantly would not copy from sim card to phone. I ordered a second one and it not copy either. Shame because it was a really nice phone. Please beware, I ordered a spare battery from Wileyfox, it never arrived, I was charged for it, and the company will not respond to any of my emails.
