Scratched Glass
I purchased two of these lights. Installation directions were in Chinese. Glass had multiple deep scratches in almost all of the panels. I emailed customer service two weeks ago and have not received a response. The light looks good for a distance and the scratches aren't blatantly obvious but I was pretty bummed to install something scratched.For the low price I paid, the light does the trick but don't purchase if you're expecting for it to be delivered without defects.

Nice but one problem
3 pieces of the glass are cut, scratched. It was mailed in one big box with no instructions. But I texted and called customer service and they are mailing 3 new pieces of glass with no problems. Fixture is nice and I really like it. Just waiting for the pieces.

Disappointed that the glass was broken
Disappointed that the glass was broken. Return was only option (unable to exchange) so I returned and purchased something else instead.
