This is an initial impression review as I have yet to test the sound.The cables were well packed in another sealed plastic bag in a box.Very pleased with the looks, feel, and quality the cables when I took them out of the bag. Well built, the polarity is correct (red wire is to red plug etc ) and the wires are tightened properly to the plugs. The only thing that's a little loose are the red/black body, nothing major.I chose this particular set of cables because I prefer the straight pin type banana plugs. That's all for now.Will update this review once I to test the cables.Update:Tested the cables...it is good! The sound is great! Plugs in nicely into the speakers and back of amp too!

While I don’t see enough evidence in my experience of cables above a certain bare minimum of manufacturing quality producing any meaningful increase or coloring of sound quality, this cable is certainly sufficient in quality that you can trust your sound system with it. It’s well protected, has easy to use and strong connections, and is very aesthetically pleasing. At that, it goes for a good price for what it offers. I certainly intend to return for more.

These speaker cables looked really nice. Unfortunately, they were not the kind of plugs I needed or was expecting. The description said "pin plugs" and when I got them the packaging on the outside specifically said "banana" plugs. I had seen many other banana plugs and was trying to avoid them. I have an older set of speakers and amplifier with the old-style speaker wires (copper wires twisted up and clamped into the receptacle), so I could not use these nifty looking cables - way too big!

I have a pair of inexpensive braided Kimber Kables for the speakers in my main system. They are 8 feet long, factory terminated.They have no better sound than these cables, and they cost 3x more.This brand uses good quality wire, terminates it competently and dresses it up well. Your system will sound no different with these wires than it will if you spend a thousand dollars plus for silver wires with platinum terminations. I would say just go with a decent gauge of cheap speaker wire on a spool and cut/strip it with kitchen scissors to connect your equipment with bare wire ends, but these cables are so convenient, inexpensive and easy to use that the purchase was a quick decision.These are great cables. The price is justified by what you get. You can pay less and get sound that is just as good. For this money you are getting that sound plus a measure of convenience and good looks.If I put together another stereo, it will have these speaker cables too—or something very much like them. If I can get this level of construction, materials, fit and finish for even less money then you’ll know where to find me. These seem to be a great deal right now.
