The duel-action refers to the wipes having a smooth side and a slightly abrasive side (about as abrasive as soft scrub and a little more effective)so 1 wipe takes off the dried stuff and then gently wipes it away. The smell is pleasant and the product stays moist thanks to proper packaging.

Great product in my opinion. The dual sides allow for rough cleaning and pick up all the dust, crumbs, etc.

They no longer seal the container prior to applying the lid. During shipping all 4 containers leaked, despite being shrink wrapped. The Amazon box it was delivered in was saturated with the disinfectant liquid. The company's need to return to sealing their wipes. I noticed this in Clorox brand too, but Lysol is my favorite. Especially the Dual Action wipes. I have photos and videos.

I remember back around the time these came out and they scrubbed decently, but didn't actually clean at all where you had to use a complete different cloth to wipe up what was scrubbed.These were bought not even realizing they're the same scrubby-type wipes BUT I can say they've definitely come a very long way. Not only do they wipe away the mess a LOT better, but they totally scrub better, too!!!

Really like the lemon fresh scent. Cleans well, durable and a good value. Some are not as moist as others but that's ok.

These have always been my favorite. One side is rough to scrub, the other side is just soft.

These do a excellent job in cleaning, wiping down and disinfecting kitchen countertops, stove tops and kitchen refrigerator door(s) handles.

All of the labels, wrapped around and covering the entirty of the packages, is smearing and 'leaking' it's ink off... Had to cut them all off and wash off the four containers. Smeared a purple ink over anything it touched, including skin. Very unimpressed by the product presentation. They work well to initially remove dried on messes, or spot-clean stuck-on messes that would need to be sanitized, but they leave behind a sticky residue that heavily streaks surfaces. It requires a second cleaner to clean it off. I use in the kitchen and bathroom, but need to buff/polish any stainless steel appliances and surfaces it's touched. I need to use Windex or Clorox to remove the stickyness and streaking/spotting it leaves behind on glass, ceramic, percelain, and floor tiling. It's worked fine on, but does make sticky; vinyl flooring, plastics, or painted metals (on metal desks, old file cabinets, and 'maybe metal, maybe plastic' office furniture).
