Sasco Magic Dime and Penny Trick

I tend bar and do several magic tricks every day and this one is a nice addition to my "bag of tricks." I take a real dime and hide it under the guest's napkin when they're not looking and then come back a few minutes later and perform the trick. Works best by placing the trick penny shell in my left palm and then placing a real penny in front of the fake one and then placing the fake dime/penny in front of the real penny (dime side up) then I show the guest that I have 12 cents in my hand, then I say " I'm going to place the dime on the (real) penny and the (fake) penny on the dime" so then you have the fake dime sandwiched between the real penny (on the bottom) and the fake penny (on the top) then I take my right hand and slap it onto the coins in my left hand and the open my hands and "presto" the 12 cents has turned into 2 cents. The guest is in awe and then really impressed when I have them lift the napkin to reveal the dime that I stashed there earlier. Lots of fun and increases my tips.

This is a GREAT trick that baffles everybody. Requires virtually no skill. I use a Liberty dollar, Quarter, Nickel and this product. Hold them in your hand have them count it up.. $1.41 Then, stack them in your hand - smallest on bottom, largest on top. Move the stack to their hand... have them close their fist... shake them. Now, they open their hand and put the coins back in your hand counting up the value as they go... they end up a dime short, amazed, and you have all the coins back.

The first set I bought was perfect.But I lost the penny... :-(So I bought another..This second set was not so great..The Shell and insert are different colors..(See Pics)And the copper shows a bit more around the edge looking at the inserts dime side.QA slipped on this one..Maybe I can use Metal polish to get the 2 Cooper's to match, I dunno...We'll see..

Very good quality. Have never been burned using this top-notch illusion. Can perform many different illusions...dime through wine glass, dime through bottle, dime through glass table top, vanish dime, etc. Bang ring works well.

These coins tend to easily impress people, plus you can do so many tricks and illusions with them. Sasco Magic is a fantastic supplier, by the way. 10/10 would buy again.

One of my regular Close Up, In-your-hands tricks. I love to pick young adults and assert that my hands are quicker than theirs due to my experience in prestidigitation; then proceed to steal the dime out of their hand... It's great to have a bang ring for quick and easy reset.
