I have several flashlights, and many that take the 18650 battery. I thought this one would be a good one to put in a vehicle, or just to stick in another room of the house, or whatever. The fact that it came with the case was a bonus, as I figured it would help keep water and dust away from the light, if I stored it somewhere long term. Which would have been awesome...IF the light had worked.First, I put the battery in, and clicked the button. Nothing. So I did what any sensible person would do. I grabbed a charged battery, and tried that. Success! The light came on, and it was relatively bright during the day. I was pleased, so far. Then I decided to try the different modes on the light. I twisted the ring to change modes, and was happy that the dial had audible and tactile clicks for mode changes. Awesome. The only problem was that the mode wasn't changing. It remained the same brightness, didn't dim, didn't brighten. I thought maybe I just had to wait til that night, and see if maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me. But then I tried the S.O.S. setting. There's no way to mistake that one. The light is supposed to go off and on in morse code to blink the distress beacon. No change. At one point, turning the light off and on, thinking maybe once it was turned on in a mode, it was stuck in that mode until it was turned off, it actually failed to come back on. Since then, it's been consistent with the one mode it's in, but I didn't buy a flashlight with one mode...I bought a light that could switch between modes.

Worked well, until it didnt anymore. The lens cone came loose so i snugged it up, well apparently the lens cone can and will tighten directly on top of the led and viola crushed led

Only lasted 8 month's switch quit working yes I am hard on flashlights . truck driver use them every day my backup mag light is 4 years old

Very bright light! Having the capability to choose, set and maintain any one of the five modes is fantastic. Just turn the ring to the desired output and it stays there. No need to hunt.

I love this flashlight. Rechargeable, levels of brightness that allow me to flood any area. People are always saying, WOW, thats a bright light. I actually carry this everyday.

This flashlight is amazing! For the price you definitely get what you paid for and much more. Not only did it include a hard case it also included a battery with the charger. Flash light is nice and durable and has 3-4 diffeeent mode of light. I went out side at night and pointed the light towards the sky, and you can literally see the beam. It’s a very good flashlight and I recommend anyone who’s looking for a flash light at a great deal to pick this one up.

This is a high end flashlight that is bright even during the day and even at its lowest setting. It's ready to go out of the box. Cool and compact for my camping trip!I don't really need the case. It's too much to pack, but it's nice to have and store with the recharger when I'm not using it.

I'd like to hear a review from someone who isn't paid or works for the company the giveaway on the 2 reviews is when they mentioned how it comes with a case any flashlight owner worth their mud knows a case didn't mean much whatsoever I mean come on "it comes with this case " duuuuuuuurrrrrrhhhhh the brightest thing about my flash light is it's case dummy's.
