Outstanding Product
I used this product to stop leaks near where the flashing meets the corrugated plastic patio cover. I followed the directions and it worked fantastic! I sealed the tape with liquid epoxy as suggested on You Tube videos. That also worked fantastic. One warning. You are on a hot roof. The tape is exposed to the heat which can make the glue side extra sticky. Keep the tape out of direct sunlight and you're good to go!

Hard to use
It needs just the right conditions to stick. I was unable to get it to adhere on my external wall and it barely worked internally. Still not sure how effective it is over just foundation sealant. I wouldn't buy again.
