I bought these insoles as I did not know what else to do for the pain in my left heel during and after walking.I love walking but was unable to continue it as my heel was really painful after going for a walk but lasted for weeks after too.I tried these insoles and initially my foot felt a bit compressed in my boot, due to the thickness and felt a little uncomfortable. Once I had worn them for a few days and bedded in, I can only say, they are fantastic. When I first saw them in the packet I thought they were the same as any other insole and a bit pricey for what they were.How wrong was I?It was practically instant relief. I am back walking without much pain at all. I wont say it goes away completely but may do with time but hey, what a reliever for the discomfort. I am really pleased with them and may be back for replacements if they continue to work for me.

Having read multiple reviews, thought would purchase these for plantar fasciilitis relief. I Have purchased many insoles to help my feet and allot cheaper that have helped. These did not. So very thin and just a bit of foam, so very expensive for product supplied.Also they supply extra arch pads, but they dont come with any sticky adhesive which you would expect to keep in place, so useless extra.

Placed inside my garden wellies, they have made life easier on the foot pain front and have gradually molded themselves to my foot shape. They would be too bulky./big for ordinary shoes (mine anyway) but would probably go into hiking-type boots as well as wellies. On balance a good buy.

I’ve been putting up with this heel pain, and didn’t know what it was. Plantar Fasciitis was diagnosed, and I’d tried several products.Nothing made any difference. A friend who’d been a nurse recommended Troo Step, said they’re brilliant, and alleviates the pain better than anything else she tried. I ordered them myself, and within days the pain subsided. I’m on my feet all day with work, so having these insoles helps a lot.The pain is worse first thing, and as you get out of bed, and if you sit for any length of time. But once my shoe/boot is on I can walk normally.I’ve heard Plantar Fasciitis can last for 6/12 months! If this is the case, then you need Troo Step insoles to get you through it.

I am suffering from Plantar Fasciitis at the moment and wanted some relief so read various reviews for various products and plumped for these. I have found them okay, they do offer some cushioning which has definitely helped and they are better than the Gel ones that I bought, however I do still have a lot of discomfort from the condition.

Not been able to use themAs when I put them into my shoes I could not get my shoe on as they were to thick. Disappointing

these Insoles really do what they claim they are wonderful and really do help with any Knee,Hip or Back Pain.Any Pair of ShoesI am wearing my Insoles go with it I am even wearing them with my Slippers.Since using them I have had no Pain at allThey work for me

I was having a lot of problems with my left heel. I am on my feet for a lot of hours a day & was finding it quite difficult to walk because of the pain. So I started to look on the internet. On all the web sites that you could purchase the TROO STEP all the reviews were positive.So at £19.00 a pair I bought some.The delivery was very quick & they fitted my shoes perfect.I did order the 11mm size then I walked in them. Wow I was so excited as I had no pain.I have worn them for the recommended 2 weeks without any pain in my heel at all. Then I ordered 3 more pairs.I even have a pair in my slippers & in the night when I wake up I put my slippers on & can walk to the bathroom without limping. For myself they have been like a miracle.Definatly buy some you won't regret it.
