Product Description Whether you live in the town or country, have a small or large garden, a Grillstream barbecue offers uncompromising quality in design, ease of use and the taste of your barbecue food. Incorporating the revolutionary Grillstream technology, as seen on Dragon's Den, that streams away oils and fat for healthier, cleaner grilling while still retaining that great barbecue flavour and producing juicy, succulent food with ease. With normal grills, oils and fats simply fall between the bars onto the heat source causing fat fires and flare-ups which burn and char the food, resulting in loss of flavour. With Grillstream the patented U-shaped upper and lower grills work together to prevent flare-ups by attracting the oils and fats and then 'streaming' them into the collection channel for easy disposal later, and no messy cleaning up. This allows the food to grill safely and more healthily, infusing the flavour and juices into the food to retain the authentic barbecue taste that we all know and love.Other great features of the Grillstream 57KB Kettle Charcoal Barbecue include: Insulated handles on lid and bowl for safe operation, a hook on lid for easy hood hanging, removable ash catch tray for easy ash disposal and all weather wheels. Box Contains 1 x Grillstream 47KB Kettle Charcoal Barbecue1 x Assembly Instructions

Pre-used parts or just poor quality?
We operate a gite business in France and I ordered two of these for our guests to use. They arrived in December 2017 but I didn't open the cartons as they looked undamaged. Our season has just started and I thought I'd assemble them in preparation for the arrival of our guests.Upon opening the cartons I was exceedingly disappointed to discover that both grills are pitted and rusty. They look as though they have been pre-used.Really not good enough!I was in two minds whether to send them back but decided against as I have guests now and didn't want to be without a BBQ.Having now put one together, I'm still less than impressed. The instructions are not great and there were a few nuts, washers and screws missing. The old adage applies I guess - you get what you pay for!

Good quality barbecue, shame about the instructions.
Well packed and actually of reasonable construction compared to my existing (and more expensive) Weber kettle barbecue. Time will tell how robust it ends up being. Only used once so far but seems to work pretty well in terms of cooking. Biggest issue was the instruction manual which contained poorly copied illustrations making it tricky to work out the exact type and locations of the bolts etc. Eventually figured out how to put it together by a little trial and error! Generally very pleased with it though.

Instructions are useless and incorrect
Instructions are useless and incorrect. All the nuts and bolts are different and not standard. Tells you to use M5 bolts when the bolt included is M7, ect,Was not an enjoyable experience putting the BBQ together.

) but I know she was very pleased with it
Sorry for the delay in replying I bought this Barbecue for a Christmas present and I don't think the recipient has put it together yet (as it's winter!) but I know she was very pleased with it.

Poorly made item
It didn't go together properly. The ash tray underneath has fallen off due to the week thin cut outs that hold the tray. The lid doesn't line up with the base when closed .I have to twist it to fit well.
