Great chin-up bar and a cracking price.
The bar was easilly installed in the door frame and is readily removable leaving the two steel anchor cups in place on the frame. It is strong and well padded with a non-slip foam grip. The build quality seems surprisingly good given the modest price. My son and I use it almost daily each time we walk under it to knock out a few chin-ups. We have a little competition going but he's winning which is why I've only given it four stars (joking!) It tends to work loose if not regularly tightened but now I just do a quick check each time I use it. Really pleased with this buy.

Simple and does the job
Simple to install (just get your measurements right so that it is strait). It is sturdy enough to do the job unless you are really big person. Does the job. Only down side maybe is that you do need to put some holes in the door frame to install it and could be a bit more solid for those larger people. Overall decent product.

the rubber will leave dark marks where it is attached and if you twist too much to apply more tension so it holds better, it may slightly push your frame away from ...
It's decent for the price and serves it purpose. I stuck it inbetween my doorway and it holds my weight of approx. 75Kg without issue. I was a little apprehensive at first but have not had it slip on me whilst using it.The negatives are that when doing pull ups, if your hand twists the bar, it can slowly make it looser. Also if putting it in between a door, the rubber will leave dark marks where it is attached and if you twist too much to apply more tension so it holds better, it may slightly push your frame away from the door.Overall decent product for the money and does the job intended

Won't stay up.
Says you can use it as a pressure bar without the need to drill into the wall. Hubby and I put up but the minute one of the children pulled them selves on it it fell straight off. Didn't matter how tight we did it. It twists into place to get tighter, meaning if you twist it slightly whilst pulling up or swing off it it's also going to fall off.

very happy with my purchase
most british door frames (at least in our victorian era homes in London), do not have a wide enough flat surface because of the wooden rim used to stop the door once closed. never the less i still use pullup bar on it, and even though it doesnt have all the width it needs fully, it still is very sturdy and im pretty trustful of this product now.It does come with reassuring extra supports to screw in which I put in and are great. I dont have to tighten it so hard against the wooden frame to get that same assurance.the foam grip is very comfortable, and the rubber ends dont leave much of a mark unless you tighten it a lot.
