I can not say (yet) if they contribute to health but they do smell bad and taste bad. 😏

I have recently been taking DIM after discovering that it was not only for women but it also has benefits unique to men. DIM works by supporting good estrogen metabolites and reducing the less desirable. It has been shown to inhibit the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone to estrogen. DIM helps to keep adequate testosterone levels which help to decreased body fat, healthy muscle mass, more energy, and boosted stamina and libido. Along with testosterone support, they are finding DIM has also proven to protect against prostate issues and support bladder control with age. They have added broccoli extract and calcium to help lessen estrogen levels and to enhance nutrient bioavailability. Also added black pepper extract for better absorption. It has been 3rd party tested for quality. The capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. The company has many other highly rated supplements so these should also be good.

DIM has certain affects that are unmistakable if you've taken it. This does nothing. I can taste the pepper, (bioperin), this is mostly the bioperin. I have upped it to taking 3 at a time and hot flashes and moods are out of control. The price might seem right but you get what you pay for. You'd be better off picking up a bottle of black pepper and waiting for the regular DIM to come back in stock. This is not DIM, if it is, it's poor quality/low content and not worth the capsules it comes in. Don't waste your time.

This item arrived in a timely manner. They appear to help when I over heat and are a great swallowing size. I have no complaints.

I take a lot of supplements but I wasn't familiar with DIM until a couple of months ago. I got a DIM supplement that said it would enhance my energy and vitality and it sure seems to have done just that. I'm not pushing around truck tires like the dude in the photo accompanying the product description but I feel great and the DIM was the only change that I could attribute it to.This is a high quality supplement with none of the bad stuff you'll find in substandard products. I can't vouch for DIMs effectiveness for women but it works great for me. Even better--despite the superior quality this supplement is sold at a much lower price than most I've seen. Highly recommended!

I take Dim to help enhance testosterone levels. Some testosterone changes into estrogen. Some kinds of estrogen may lead to higher risks of cancer. It may help protect against prostate enlargement and cancer. This contains broccoli sprout extract which also may protect against carcinogens, lower cholesterol, and is an anti Inflammatory. The bioprene aids with absorbtion. I take two capsules each morning with food. This may be increased to 2 casules twice a day and I may try this for an increased effect. The bottle contains 120 capsules and will last two months at 2 per day and one month at four per day. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. Excellent quality and price. Third party tested and made in the USA.
