Extremely pleased with this casket. Gorgeous color, well made. Arrived earlier than quoted (received less than 48 hours after ordering and time was of the essence...) directly to the funeral home. They weren’t exactly thrilled that we bought from a different seller but legally had to allow it. Saved us $6,000 or more for the same model. Holy markup Batman! I say go for it. If a loved one is terminally ill, get this ordered or at least on your radar. Very satisfied!

The media could not be loaded.  I was optimistic about purchasing this. I kept watching the tracking. The delivery window was 9a.m. to 12 p.m. The tracking said it arrived at 10:58. At 1:15 the funeral director called and said that it had just arrived and that it was damaged. He said it was a manufacturing defect and if you look at it you can see how the metal folds at the corner. That isn't shipping damage. So that means they just shoved anything out the door. And then he walks around and sees the dent. So, Quality Control is lacking. There's no way if anyone had walked around the casket they would have missed it. And it is billed as American-made so your expectations are that they care about their work. REALLY disappointed.

No complaints from grandma, would recommend.
