Once you know your zipper size, our sizing chart below will determine which FixnZip® is right for you.Small: Sizes 1-4Examples: pants, skirts, fine garments, cushions, clutch handbagsMedium: Sizes 5-7Examples: jackets, sleeping bags, tents, purses, duffel bagsMeasure Your ZipperIf your zipper doesn’t have a number on the back, you can simply measure thewidth of the zipper teeth in millimeters or inches.Teeth/Coil Width1 to 4.5 mm | 0.04 to 0.18 in = Small5 to 7.5 mm | 0.19 to 0.30 in = Medium8 to 10 mm | 0.31 to 0.40 in = LargeGood luck !!ChristineLarge: Sizes 8-10Examples: wetsuits, boat covers, canvas tents, heavy duty clothing, jeep windows

I have a zip that is 1cm when closed. what size should i use.

According to the guide on the back of the packet, Large fits sizes 8.0 - 10.0mm (0.8 - 1.0cm)

Would this work on a wetsuit? Also, can it be removed after installation if needs be?

I've used it on a metal zip on a coat, not sure about a wet suit but they can be removed if needed, you just unscrew it.

i have a pair of motorcycle trousers the bottom of the leg zip keeps opening, where one end of the zip is permamently closed, would this fit this type

They should be ok we had them for an awning.
