I contacted the company via desertcart. Response time was very quick, very polite and friendly and incredibly helpful. They will replace the seat under warranty as soon as they can get one from the warehouse I was told this morning. First contact was yesterday morning. So satisfaction in 24 hours. Best I’ve experienced from any company. Can’t recommend highly enough.
