I saw results within HOURS
I'm 61 years old, female, and currently 154 lbs. I'm trying to lose some weight, exercise more, drink more water, and reduce the amount of processed foods in my diet. It's hard. Two years ago my husband was diagnosed with Lewy Bodies Dementia following a life altering fall and hip fracture. He woke after surgery (it took a week for him to wake up) a VERY different man due to the anesthesia. He is still in a wheelchair and requires COMPLETE care. STRESS has become my middle name. At the recommendation of several friends and my doctor I started taking Lexapro for anxiety when my husband was first injured. Within three weeks I had gained 15 pounds. I switched Lexapro for Wellbutrin, but the weight didn't just drop off. All of this information is to explain WHY I might be having blood pressure problems. If I'm just watching tv, alone, it's a textbook 120/80. But THAT scenario is rare. When dealing with my husband, who is now very combative, my BP spikes to 149/80, 155/78, 158/82. The bottom number is never a problem, but that top number has been staying up more and more often. I do NOT want to take Rx medicine, so I ordered a bottle. It arrived at noon yesterday. My blood pressure was 149/78--we were having a rough morning. I took two pills and when my BP was still hanging out at 144/72 by supper I took two more. So--6:27 pm--148/78; 7:19 pm--135/72; 8:00 pm--123/69; 8:30 pm--118/65; 12:00 am--111/62. I am so amazed and encouraged. I imagine I'll have to experiment to find the right dosage, and I need to see if it keeps the stress spikes down, but I think this is going to be a regular part of my overall health improvement plan. Of course, losing the weight may solve my moderate problem with Blood Pressure, but for now, if this helps keep my BP in the green zone--well that's one less thing to worry about!

Great product, would try it for a few months and see what happens.
This is a product that assists in lowering BP. One must also watch their diet, plus get exercise and drink plenty of good water. I noticed it also assists the memory and blood flow. I have been taking this and lowering my daily baby aspirin as it helps in blood thinning. In addition, I take Niacin to assist in reducing blood fats. Anyway.Longevity BP Formula seems to be helping keep my BP down. Over time I should be able to come off my BP medicine (I just take 1 pill daily). My physician uses meds and natural remedies. This product can help, but always consult your physician as you make changes and reducing BP meds. It takes discipline and dietary/exercise changes to undo a lot of this. Some BP issues are more complicated and cannot be fixed easily if there is damage in the system....so BP meds would be required. If you work hard and have a healthy system...many people are able to wean off BP meds over time. I recommend this product, but would try it for at least 2 to 3 months as it is not a quick fix, but a slower :"rebuilding" fix which is what you want to do. High BP took years to get and will take time to reverse. Follow instructions and worth a try!

Customer Service Amazing!
So, have been battling high blood pressure for years now, refuse to do the standard meds that make everything worse, so have been trying various natural things, plus working to improve lifestyle issues of course. Nothing has helped, and I've been through about every supplement on Amazon, have thrown everything at it that research shows has any promise, to no avail. Now trying this latest effort, given that it's not a combination I've tried before, and only recently did it show up in search. Has good reviews, so figured I'd try it.So, three stars at this point because I can't say, yet, it's made a difference, but also thus far it has no side effects, settles well and seems a decently made product, so it's earned at least that much in a positive sense. I added a fourth star for the utterly amazing customer service I received, after posting this review (see below). The only drawback is that, at 18 bucks a bottle, and only a ten day supply (you have to take 8 a day, when trying to modulate blood pressure), that's nearly sixty dollars for a month's worth of meds (although it's been clarified to me that you can spend much less, going through offers on their website, see below). Since there is no guideline on how long it should take to show effect, if any effect occurs, I'm thinking to give it one month, at least. My health is obviously worth the investment. (I have since learned that more options are available -- see below.)Been on it about a week now, and seems my BP is down a few points, but difficult to know if that is the usual fluctuation, or actual impact of this supplement. It tends to go up and down slightly, and of course I'm looking for a steady downward trend, out of the danger zone to something livable. If that happens, apparently I can drop down to two pills a day, which is very affordable.I'm still sticking with garlic, plus another "wonder" supplement that I think is useless (Circulogic, they get you on a recurring order which I finally stopped, but I have a few bottles left to run out) and also another product on here that hasn't seemed to help, but has beneficial stuff in it, so no harm in taking it. Also taking Turmeric with Curcumin, and a few other things. If this fails, the last resort I know of is Mukta Vati, which people have apparently had benefit from using. Hope to find something that works, given the concerns of BP at high level. Other effort to try is a strict water fast. Have read up on that and supposedly the body "re-sets" itself and many ailments are gone or much improved if the fast is long enough for the body to accomplish the re-set (at least 21 to 30 days, as I understand it from various documentaries and medical opinions about it). Haven't tried that yet because of possible health risks of doing it on one's own, plus not sure if I can still work the hours I do (which I need to do less of, obviously, but have to pay the bills too -- sucks living where the medical system is such a mess), but, again, worth a try if these other efforts are not successful for me.If it works, I'll certainly post back, upgrade the rating accordingly, and be a fan for life. If it doesn't, I'll post back after my month of taking it and let folks know, although that should not discourage anyone from giving it a try, since, clearly, it's worked for a lot of people.Fingers crossed!ADDED: As mentioned, I added another star since first posting this, because, a very short while after my review went live, Longevity customer service emailed me (thank you Eric!) saying they could clarify some of my concerns. I welcomed such, and Eric took the time to provide some very helpful details that, for me, were missed in just what I saw (and overlooked) on the product page.In terms of cost, on their website, you can directly order in larger quantities, to save money. They also have a "tablet" option which only requires four tablets a day, instead of the eight capsules, so, again, a cheaper route. You can also subscribe and save, similar to products here on Amazon.Eric also provided extensive detail about the research that goes into this product, and all of their products sold and I feel greater confidence in really giving this a try now. I've asked too that it would help to know how long to take it, before rendering a final decision. Eric has indicated that they will review the product page to see what other information might be helpful to add. So, wow, hugely responsive Customer Service.Seeing the positive reviews on here, reading their website in full now, and having had contact from the company, I can see why it appears to be the most well reviewed BP supplement on Amazon and I think this does stand out as a valued product and, even if it winds up not working for me, I'd still recommend it for a try. Everyone's chemistry has its unique aspects, after all.I'll still post back my final results, just to share my experience. I'm now looking at other items they sell, at their site, and am considering what others I might try, since they offer a wide array of well-proven supplements. Here's hoping my BP drops! Wish me luck!
