Q: The size chart refers to shoe size not the size of shoe the guards will fit! How do you know what size heel a classic/narrow/wide will fit?

I got a mixed collection so got stiletto / narrow / classic but no wide!

Q: Does anyone know if I can get heel prptectors for heel size measuring 19mm across.

I doubt you would get heel protectors for that size as the protectors are for stopping your shoe digging into the ground/ wooden floor. That size heel should be under less pressure and so protectors would not be needed. I have only seen protectors for stiletto heels and for 12mm heels

I bought them for a standard 4 inch stiletto and they didn't fitCan't recommend them as they didn't work for me
