Quality is great. Color is perfect. We are very impressed with the crate as a whole and would recommend to those looking for a crate that is more attractive than the standard metal.Just know the dimensions given are the outer dimensions - inside width is a bit smaller (was originally concerned by my dog still fits comfortably). Also know there are no assembly instructions- which wasn't an issue for us as we are handy.

I follow the Directions to a T and it took me about two hours to put it together but unfortunately it wobbles. I’m sure this is an error and putting it together but I don’t know how I would do it differently as I followed every direction to a T

The product arrived with no defects. It was very easy to assemble and very sturdy. My German Shepherd is approximately 72 lbs and she is able to walk inside, turn around and stand with no issues. I would recommend getting a soft mat as the bottom is also wood. I love the product and makes the area look very clean and matches with other furniture.

I invested money into this crate/bed. My puppy chewed right threw the bars on the sides and on the door. My puppy also ate the pieces of plywood or whatever it is this is made out of because it's not real wood.I am very upset about this. My puppy was sick from chewing on it during the night. I was asleep.I bought it to crate train and to provide a bed for my puppy. It is not made of the right materials for puppies. It should be chew proof.I bought it because I thought I was getting a safe crate/bed.I have to throw it out.I would most definitely like a refund.Shannon Sequeira
