Q: On the power switch to the left is one line and to the right is 2 lines. Which way is to manually turn on and off?

When you push the button to the left, it stays on continuously. If you push it all the way to right, it lights for about 6 hours then shuts off. If you position the button directly in the middle, it turns off. Hope this helps.

Q: How to fix the burnt out led (bulb)?

Hi Lavin,I feel sorry to say that the LEDs are not replaceable. You could cut off the branch of the burnt-out LEDs with the help from electrician. The lights don’t get hot if you’re thinking of adding decorations. But if you’re wanting to substitute yours for the ones on there I guess it depends on whether they fit into the slot.
