Q: Is this a hard shell? I intend to keep Apple pencil and will the case gets damaged is something hard falls into it or forced to cramp?

It's semi hard/soft. It's not completely hard shell or soft shell. It keeps its shape when trying to press down on it. I am not sure if it will get damaged if something falls on it, but it is sturdy and I like it.

Q: Will this comfortably fit an apple pencil and the charger brick inside together?

The pencil and cord fit no problem. The charger plug not so easily.

Q: Could a Wacom bamboo fit inside this?

Apologies, I do not know if this case will be the proper size.
