So far this is not working very well for me. The wrap itself appears well made, is easy to put on and comfortable. The instructions are awful and it takes a bit of time to figure out how to use it. Apparently the manufacturer/distributor is aware of this and sent me an email informing me if it didn't work they would replace it. So the question is what is it supposed to do. Using the "red" setting for intensity and time and waiting for 15 minutes to warm up I could barely feel any heat, only slight warmth (not very therapeutic) over the course of 30 minutes or so. Maybe for the price that's about all one should expect. I'll be shopping for a better one.4/1/18 Update. After periodic use of the wrap I am changing my rating from two stars to four stars because after use I discovered the heat is adequate, although it could be a little hotter. The major problem, as noted by others, is the control. It remains unclear how to keep the wrap in the warmest (Red) mode, and as another reviewer noted you have to keep checking to make sure it hasn't switched to cooler (White or Blue) modes. I suspect there may be a way to eliminate this problem but with such poor documentation it is impossible so far to keep it working correctly. In summary, this is a nice well made wrap that attaches to the knee well. If the cord was longer and the controls worked better this could be a very good wrap for applying heat to the knees.4/8/18 Update. After continued use I am changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I have found that when tightly wrapped (which is easy to do because of the softness, flexibility and large velcro attachments) using the red setting (hottest) it heats to a very comfortable temperature. The setting controls could be improved or maybe better instructions should have been provided. This is what I am now doing. After pressing the large plastic square control button for a second or two, color/temp is selected. I press it when it lights red (this is the hottest setting; it also has two lower ones-white and blue). After a few minutes the setting changes to a cooler (white or blue) color. I then re-press the red and it stays at this setting/temp, until I turn it off. It really works well, provides a very comfortable warm, pleasant temp and fits very well over the knee.area.

Tore left knee ACL and meniscus 1968. Had state-of-the-art surgery...but now it has started to ache. When to Drs and, after X-rays and MRIs, the wizards gathered and recommend a couple of invasive procedures. Before accepting a surgical option, saw and bought this for $31 bucks. 90% relief!Still not able to play college football...but then again I’m 73.Once you figure how to turn it on, the light colors are different and there is no visible timer control...perfect

I used this on my right knee to alleviate pain around the knee. It certainly helped me ignore the pain when i used it. Once removed my pain returned after a while.

It's OK. I haven't been using it much because you need to be plugged in for it to work. Taking my bed or an extension cord with me kinda rots.

Nice warm heat but tends to turn off with no notce forcing you to switch back on. Bummer as you have to keep lookin at the switch.

It's gets nice and hot. I bought 2 of them, only thing is the power cable is not very longI bought longer ones from Amazon. I will put a picture of the cables I bought.

The one I received did not work. However, if it would have worked I believe it would have been a good buy. the vendor themselves were extremely nice about it all & refunded my money. The wrap itself is very soft & was comfortable when it was on my knee.

I have a birth defect in my knees and they always hurt. So I have always just used a regular heating pad for my knee pain. So having something that is made specifically for my knees is amazing!! I love it! I need to buy another one for my other knee now!
