I may be an idiot, but all I received ...
I may be an idiot, but all I received was the head. I am returning it. The product description says 10 pounds, pump, power cord etc.; however, the shipping info says 9.6 oz. I got the 9.6 oz version. So know that this is not for the full pump. If I indeed was only supposed to get the head then it is completely my fault and my 1 star review is unfounded.

Lasted 6 months. Warrantee not honored by Chugger Pumps.
This is the first time Amazon failed me after many years of ordering online. Bought a Chugger Pumps CPPS-IN-1 in October 2019. Used it three times and now it does not work. Chugger pumps web site states "Our policy for warranties is very simple. Show us a picture or video where the product is defective and we will warranty it...". I showed them a video of the pump not pumping and Chugger Pumps sent me to Amazon for a refund. Amazon would not replace or refund because 30 days had passed.Update: After a second attempt with Amazon customer service, Amazon agreed to a refund.

It runs perfect in all temps
Hooked it up to some cam lock fittings, use it for constant sparge during mash, and to circulate my wort while cooling. It runs perfect in all temps. 150° for sparge. 170° for mash out and 212° for end of boil. Only thing to make it better would be an on/off switch built in. Bit an easy fix with some light electrical work

Failed to pump after 4 uses
This model is junk. This Chugger failed after only 4 uses. I bought a second one, thinking the first one was just a lemon. It wasn't. I flushed the pumps with fresh water every time after use and always started it primed. To be fair I also have 5 other Chugger models that work great. I also have a March pump that looks just like this one that has been going strong for 8 years. The price for the March pump was $149. I guess you get what you pay for.

Buy the SS model instead
The head on this model is super cheap plastic. It sheared off with little force as I was tightening the valve onto it on the first use. Definitely spend the extra money and get the stainless steel head.

Works great but be careful
Works great but be careful, metal fittings and plastic don't always go well together. I had a fitting that had a flat threat and it damaged the threads on the pump which are good for temps but are a softer plastic.

The perfect homebrew pump.
Nice relatively low cost pump for home brewing. No problems pumping water up and down my 5 gallon brewing setup. I recommend the stainless steel head for wort pumping though.
