It should be on every Massage Therapists essential reading list. Quite simply put, it is easy to read and understand with clear illustrations and photographs to aid you. A step by step guide in preparing for and carrying out Postural Assessments. I recently did a Postural Assessment CPD workshop and it was frankly useless...I would've learnt more by just re-reading and applying the techniques in Jane Johnsons book!

I'm in the middle of a Pilates teacher training course, and found this book to be invaluable in learning and understanding postural assessment and the possible causes of the muscle imbalances. It is detailed and easy to understand and has been a book that I keep coming back to and understanding a bit more each time.
