The media could not be loaded. Fitting new ink cartridges can often feel as tricky as trying to close an overstuffed cupboard, but these CATJOY 604XL cartridges were straightforward to install. The set clicked smoothly into my Epson XP-4205 without any trouble, and my printer recognised them straightaway, a definite relief. The print quality has been consistently sharp for both documents and the occasional burst of colour for my daughter’s school projects or my son’s homework. Colours are vivid, and text is clear, making it difficult to distinguish these from the more expensive official cartridges.The page yield seems reasonable, although with heavier use (such as printing meeting notes or a pile of invoices), they do tend to run out quicker than I had hoped. That said, for everyday printing needs, they’ve helped me save a fair bit without sacrificing quality. They’re dependable and simple to use, which is precisely what’s needed when juggling work deadlines and the usual family chaos!

So far used only 1 refill cartridge seems to work fine . I use it for office printing

I don't usually use anything other than original cartridges but these are such a fabulous price

Latest Edit: After just a few short months of very little use they have already started to run low.The colours have also become very washed out. We have used less than 20 pages.Won't be buying these again.Have been using these for the past few weeks and they appear to work perfectly well after first use. The installation was nice and easy and they are recognised fine, of course the printer will warn you they are not genuine. This is standard for any third party cartridge.The print is perfectly fine and of good quality. Colours seem accurate too.The only thing with third party cartridges is that often times the printer thinks they are out of ink when there is loads left in the unit.For the money, NOT recommended.

The ink works fine. I sent in a question. Got a standard reply which wasn't anything to do with my question. Replied with my original question and heard nothing. So their claim of a technical department to provide support doesn't seem to be true.Also no reply to question of whether they sell black only ink packs - as this tends to run out quickest. No reply. So
