AL DUR AL MAKNOON SILVER 100ML

Ok, so I'm a great fan of Creed Aventus. But at £300! a pop,Is it really worth it ? I used to use Armaf Club de Nuit, as a dupe. (Until some production was taken over by "Sterling") .But this is far better , the packaging is gift worhy,although I think they may have based the bottle design on Club de Nuit. Which isnt a bad thing. But this is more like the original Armaf produced in the UAE or sometimes France. Its got that underlying pinapple fragrance that other Creed dupes lack. Sent is clean,the projection is excelent and the dry down is so like Creed. Loads of compliments too. I got this one for £12. The price went up by the time I received it. Shop around guys this is out there for £10. If Creed aint for your bag,check out other Lattafa and Armaf fragrances not all are dupes. And their stand alone fragrances are amazing. Just check out where their produced. When you take into account the break down on designer fragrance cost ....70% go's to advertising/marketing, 20% on packaging and 10% of what you pay is the actual fragrance. These UAE fragrances are massive at the moment and these guys invented perfume and have access to worlds best raw materials. Give them a go,I think you'll be more than pleasantly surpised.

First time buy, never used before so not sure about the longevity, this last for 2,3 hours and smells nice,

smells just like creed aventus, not quite as good as CDNI but it's good stuff, and lasts ages

I'm so disappointed from this EDP I cannot imagine that a quality house such as House of Niche Fragrance could sell a poor quality EDP like this. First I was shocked of the packaging. As you can see the inside cardboard is only half of it and is cut very badly. This is not even an issue by a 3 Euro EDT. Second when you pull of the cap the whole plastic underneath the cap that holds the logo came off because it is cracked. I don't know how someone could sell such a poor quality product? Any cheap EDT you buy from a supermarket is much more presentable than this one. The scent is ok although it lasts about 10 minutes. After that you have to sniff it from very close to your nose.I'm very upset with this buy. I have made several purchases from the House of Niche Fragrance and all came from UAE and all were presentable.I cannot recommend this EDP. Although I bought it elsewere and it was totally different in shape, look and scent.

a little annoying, only a little. I ordered 3 of 1 and 1 of another, received 2 of each.Both smell good and refreshing but couldn't really assess the lasting effect but overall I'm happy

This was highly rated by reviewers and a good price so i gave it a try.First impressions.........As stated by other folks online the packaging and presentation is very tatty and eighties looking. I don't much care for elaborate boxes and coloured glass and gimmicks and irrelevant details like that because its the scent i am paying for, so that wasn't a problem. It's the scent i'm after.So what does the scent promise? Upon arrival and first spray all i got from my first impression was lemon, lemon and .........more lemon and a sharp nauseating stomach punch of alcohol and industrial cleaning chemicals. Thankfully that faded and It dried down a little to reveal a not unpleasant flowery lemon pot-pourri type of scent. Not so bad, but not good either either. Very old grandma and not exotic or arabian in the slightest. VERY feminine too and this fragrance is categorically not for any man wishing to smell masculine and exotic. No scent of oudh or any other base or middle note really makes its presence felt.I decided to try to mature the scent and macerate it for a while then come back to it when the worst of the washing up liquid lemon alcohol smell had faded a little. I hoped it would get better so i put it away and tried again a while later over a 2 week period. sometimes this works and its just the initial first few sprays that smell bad. I patiently waited and tried again later ....behold, what smell was i left with? Again all i got from my second and third attempts was lemon, more lemons and yet more lemons and a definitely uncomplicated overwhelmed by lemon juice scent with nothing more to it. Flat, boring one note LEMON and uninspiringly bland.To get the same experience as this perfume offers, simply just buy a lemon from a grocer or supermarket, squeeze it and spread it all over your skin, it will smell the same and be a whole lot cheaper. One saving grace is the longevity is good and it does last a long time, a few hours and the lemon is still there on clothes and skin.As you can tell, I didn't fall in love with it and sent it back for a refund. I must apologise for the over-use of the word lemon in this review. I was under an avalanche of lemons at the time, so much so i care to never smell a lemon again as long as i live.
