This mix is so versatile and convenient. It makes the best keto bread I’ve had. The texture is nice, not too heavy, and it doesn’t taste eggy like so many homemade keto breads do. The mug bread, made in a rounded mug, makes the perfect bread roll. I think it will probably make a good wrap too. I’ll be trying that next!
