Monk's Cloth Afghans for Christmas Paperback – June 1, 2010

I wish the instructions where written out more .. I have a problem getting the "printed" word from my brain to my finger types .. thought I'd try both of these books .. haven't been able to use them yet .. I guess that I'll stick to NettiesNeedleWorks.com her patterns are so easy to do, has both step by step written instructions as well as photos

I only liked a couple of the patterns, but it's nice to have a lot of books for variety.

Good for anyone to learn how do swedish weaving themselves. It's not for only Christmas. You can use different color to use their patterns. Fast shipping and good price..

Nice little pattern book but it is printed in black and white. I like the different patterns and I highlighted each row in a different color, which helps me. I would recommend this book.

I can't remember the last time I have been so disappointed in a book. I should have realised from the price that it is not going to be full of glossy coloured photos and diagrams, but I was not expecting a book that was all in black and white, apart from the outside cover.The only reason it got 2 stars rather than 1 is that the introductory pages look as though they will be helpful to me as a beginner.

This is a great book with lots of lovely ideas that you can change to suit yourself. Value for money

Great project book with 10 patterns that can be done in Christmas colours or other colours. I just started using Monk's cloth and a variegated thread. It is coming up nicely.Plan to purchase a copy for my guild library as a resource book.
