This pre-workout is CRAZY. The kick you get from it is incredible, gets to work in no time. I took one scoop with 200ml of water at 0630 and by 0645, I was buzzing and itching to go for my workout. It gives a funny tingling sensation which I have never felt before, but this is just the beta alanine. It's been 3 hours since I had this and I'm still buzzing. Recommend.P.s, if you workout in the evenings, DO NOT take this or else you won't be able to sleep.

Firstly....Not as cheap as it seems, £10 for 300g but I got N.O.Explode 600g for £16 on sale and most other reputable brands with much better neutritional specs are £15 - £20 for 500g or 600g so don't be lured in by it being cheap as it's a very basic product.Secondly...There is literally zero flavour of blue raspberry, there is a vibrant blue colour when mixed which led me to think there would he a lovely punchy flavour but I was quickly brought back down to earth when I tasted it and was immediately taken back to a time when I over filled my engine coolant and have to cyphon some out and got some in my mouth....absolutely horrendous. Also doesn't fully dissolve regardless of how well or for how long you shake or stir it so you are left with lots of little chunks of what tastes like an uncoated paracetamol.I have to say the energy delivery was good, no big massive kick at the start bar the usual skin tingkes that make me want to scratch my face off but I was still feeling a good constant energy stream for well over an hour of training.Still wasn't enough to make me want to keep using it.....binned after 2 uses.I wouldn't buy unless your keen on the taste of engine coolant or battery acid!

For many years I have been using named brand products and getting good results and you know what you were getting due to the branding, so this year I decided to look for something different and maybe not a named brand and I came across the V1 pre workout it was good on price and it had pleasant flavours to choose from so I ordered some,After taking some for the first time it was to my amazement it tasted really nice and not to harsh at all like some small home branded powders with in the time stated time of taking I got a good feel and a very steady flow of feeling good and ready too hit the gym this brand is 100% worth a try and I will be getting more when I run out.Thank you too the Youman team.

This is a cheap preworkout, taste is ok and works well. However it contains bitter orange which can be quite dangerous, especifally when used frequently and with intense workouts. Be careful buying this! Bitter orange is especially dangerous when combined with other compounds such as caffeine (and this has A LOT of caffeine, about 300mg per serving, that's 3.5 Red Bulls), so I'd avoid this, threw mine out after reading this.

Been taking pre work out for 18 months now. Different brands. Try one you have tried them all so to speak. But what i like about this one. Its not sweet. Hardly need any water to mix with. 90mls was sufficient. The amount of caffeine in this is extremely high as I never sweat like this in any training i do. This has NO CREATINE in it. Only once whilst taking I had the pins and needles effect. High chance I would buy again next month.

Ill start off by saying for its price its decent.Now ive tried loads of different pre workouts some of them taste fine some bad some nice but ive never judged a pre workout for its taste untill now. Anybody saying the taste is nice have been paid to say that it is absolutely the worst tasting pre workout ive ever had. Its soo shocking as to why they couldnt add even a tiny amount of sweetners. It tastes like dissolved paracetamol water with chemicals yet it smells like blue raspberry. Overall the preworkout isnt the worst but the taste it and hated using it.

This had potential considering all the ingredients aside from one which is basically ephedra 'Citrus Aurantium' which has been linked to strokes and heart attacks in healthy people.. so why did they include this I have no idea the ingredients were already good without that risk! Pointless unless you want your heart to explode in your chest

This is a good product. The taste isn't the best. To me it taste like chewing gum after about an hour. Slightly a bit of taste but pretty bland. Its only in your mouth for 5 seconds, and there is no noticeable after taste. And if the taste really in an issue just chase it like you would a shot...TL;DR: If taste is everything don't get this. But if you want to make progress at the gym and want to feel pumped an alert for your workout then this is a good product.
