I drink a cup in the morning before breakfast, another on after lunch -(so that I don’t spend the afternoon snacking in order to stay “alive”). I would like to incorporate one more cup in the evening but I have a bit of a hard time since I’ve been forgetting. I looove that the leaves remain flavorful throughout the day! I will have to save up and buy myself the cups you guys make specially for the tea so that I only have to worry about adding hot water when I’m ready for my next cup! This product truly is amazing and I highly recommend it! It does a great job not allowing me to feel hungry at all! I will be ordering again!

I received my teami blends, and I am in love! It has a great flavor and lasts me all day!
