Cibaria Italian Black Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500 ml

This is an oil that is very light on the nose as far as the truffle. The taste does develop and come through a bit more as it warms with the food you combine it with, but not much. Use this when you need the truffle to be a very subtle complement to your dish, rather than something you want the people eating to notice. This oil does have its place in the pantry, but I was hoping for something with more oomph.
