Excellent non-stick versatile pan
Excellent non-stick versatile pan!Have used it extensively during the last month and it had been my go-to pan for various usages.The non-stick functions works great. The heat distribution is very even. Pan is very easy to clean. I like the mid-range size; very functional.The removable handle comes handy for oven cooking and for tight space refrigerator storage.I have used it for high heat frying, low heat slow cooking/braising (where the glass top is very handy), warming up of yesterday's food, etc.It pretty much haven't made it to the cabinet; I use it so much, it just stays on the stove... ready for the next meal.

Has Heat-Proof Handle
I picked this pan because it doesn't have a metal handle where you have to use a potholder. And the handle comes off, what a bonus. This pan heats up very quickly and it has a true non-stick surface. It cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher but I hardly have to do more than rinse it and dry it because it's so non-stick. And it has a lid, very nice. I highly recommend this pan

the andle already broke and cannot be re connected. the non stick pan is wonderful. i am using it without a handle which is not safe for me but i really don't know how to return it.very poor quality in the handle but the pan. great. can i return it and where and how.

Eggs won't stick
Pans are very pretty and cook eggs like a dream. However, they came with a number of pitted areas. Does not appear to hamper cooking but the pitting is somewhat unsightly.

Cool features but...
We just upgraded to an induction stove so I needed a new frying pan. Decided to give this a shot. The pan is serviceable and not too difficult to clean but does have a few things that irk me.While the detachable handle is nice, the screw is constantly coming loose. It has already cause the outside area around the metal knob to be scratched up.The hotspot is directly in the middle making even cooking very difficult. It also seems to have a peak in the middle which causes all the grease to collect on the outer edges while the middle remains uncoated.It’s still great for some things like ground beef and easy to clean but I’m currently looking at some other options for even cooking needs.

This is a great frying pan with a convenient size and sturdy construction. I like the removable handle which allows easy storage in the fridge of left over (once the food cools down) without the need to remove from the pan. And I can see the contents via the clear glass cover so I do not forget what I stored. The copper ceramic surface was very easy to clean.

Great pan but bad removable handle design
Pan itself is great but the removable handle is not well-designed and keeps coming off when I don’t want it to. Example, it might come off while I’m cooking which is the absolute worst time.

Look NO Further...
I've had this for more than a month now. So far, it works exactly as advertised. The removable handle engages well, and the non-stick survived our almost daily cooking. We do take good care of it as per the instructions provided. It fits great into the dishwasher and conducts heat well so that the cooking time is, on average, lesser than our Japanese wok. This is one of the few products that I've bought on Amazon lately that I have absolutely no gripe about. If you are reading this, look no further, you'll most likely enjoy it as much as we do.
