great value
I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this as it was so cheap! Plus the reviews aren't great..well I was pleasantly surprised. Arrived quickly, well packaged and it works great. Bit awkward to do the first floor Windows at first but the pole didn't go all bendy like I expected, and after a bit of practice my Windows came up lovely.The blade bit is soft so it clears the soap off without leaving smears. I put a soft cloth over the blade after and ran it over the Windows for a better finish.I used normal washing up liquid with water not the expensive stuff for sale on here.I would recommend both the item and the seller.

Nice Cleaning Tool!
I have read but ignored all the negative reviews abou this item and I wasn't disappointed! This window cleaning kit works well with only thing in mind you'll have to change the rubber on the squeegee as the original one is not good. This is why I gave it a 4 Star. Originally I was thinking that I'll have to get a new squeegee but then I realized with the specific size and fitting of its handle, it won't be easy to find a matching one, so I just replaced the rubber part inside the metal holders. The telescopic pole is solid and surprisingly good quality. The pole itself with the cleaning head is exactly what I wanted so I can reach the windows on the second floor of our house. Considering the value, I would say it is a really good purchase!

What a waste of money. Flimsy.
I bought this because I've just had my bathroom re-done and wanted to keep it nice and shiny.The ratchet meant to hold the head in position slipped at the merest application of pressure. When I tried to re-adjust it, the tightening knob fell off. I ended up using just the squeegee bit whilst climbing up on a stool, which is precisely what I was trying to avoid by purchasing this hunk of junk. :(

Not as shown in the picture
This item was not as shown in the picture. It did not have a flat rectangular head and pad, instead it had a hard round bar with a soft 'bag' covering. I had borrowed a flat pad type, as shown in the picture, and found it easy to use with a good result. I did not want a window cleaner of the 'round bar' style so I contacted Amazon for a returns label and returned the item for a full refund.

Does the job....but for how long?
I used this to clean some windows one storey up. It worked, but the extending pole ends up with a lot of give in it....to get a clean squeegee required a lot of force. I suppose a bit of "you get what you pay for," but I'd really be surprised if this lasted more than two uses. It did the job, but it won't last long.

Perfect for those high windows
Great VFM. A versatile piece of kit at a very good price. Easily reaches the higher windows of a house. The only thing lacking is the squeegee, which is too firm to use for the high windows, but fine for the lower windows where you can get more purchase on the rod. Highly recommended product & good delivery.

Could be better.
Arrived damaged, but I managed to get it working and it was adequate, but not great. If it had been in better condition, I would have given three stars.

Not bad
Bought on a whim, wondering if any good after reading reviews, and when arrived and used it was quite good. Only difficult thing was fitting the squeegee blade into the holder, was very tight - a bit of wd40 and a tap with the side of the hammer did the job.
