Tuact Venom X4 Computer Accessories Set

This is so far the ONE AND ONLY gaming controller/converter that seamlessly delivers PC FPS game experience on Xbox one X or S series. I’ve tested various competitors product along side Venom X4 and absolutely NO other came close. I’ve been using this product since 2018 and I’ve now ordered another unit for member of family. Also to clarify I have spent hours and days researching and testing all sorts of controllers and cannot stress that this is THE ONLY ONE that will truly satisfy your FPS needs on the console. That is from the point of granular configuration, quality of hardware and software and experience in the game.

My 8th set and I'm afraid will be my last. The lack of assistance with the last one led to this purchase but I have to call time on it.These used to be brilliant units but costs and dwindling support will see this system fail.There we go, 5 months after buying it, the joystick failed on my wand. Luckily I have a spare off the old controller but the support for these has vanished, their is none and they wont work on PS5. I believe versions prior to this (aimon) will.Would I advise buying this? Nope sorry. I used to love this company and its controllers but I am afraid they are now over priced and out of any support :(Edit there you go I'm now 7 months in with the new one, already had to replace the wand joystick (I had a spre the last lot of spares I got, but tonight one of the side buttons has packed in as well. These simply ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The manufacturers dont really have a care about helping repair or replace these, it's all about the $$$I stand firm behind what I said, this product went from the best on the market to one of the least reliable.

Had this one since it came out. I also have a spare just in case.I've used Tuact mouse controllers for quite a while, starting with the Bannco Fragenstein. Then the Aimon. Then the Venom x. Now the Venom X4. PS Fps it's a must have.

I’ve been using the Venom products for over 5 years now. Started with the venom 3 series and have spent the last 2 years running the venom 4.I agree with the build quality of the venom wand isn’t great but I’ve had amazing tuact support to sort my wand out. You have to pay £20 postage because it’s express post from China but I was given parts to rebuild my wand. I’m quite a hardcore gamer and I do push my venom quit quite hard. I moved to a Logitech mouse because I had that for my gaming rig. I purchased a usb switch that allows me to use the Logitech mouse with the pc and also the venom 4 box at a switch of a button.I can’t recommend the venom wand and mouse combo enough. It gives you amazingly fast accuracy playing FPS games.The other [ukmk] clan members also run Venom kit too.Enjoy!!!

I'm happy with the great product

Bought on 11 October and broke already not happy it’s not been great from the start

This controller is excellent and gives a true pc experience to playing games on consoles. The quality of the mouse and wand leaves some more to wish for, but mine started to play tricks after more than 1000 hours of playing which is quite decent. If you like you can also use other mouses and keyboards at your own discretion.

I had a venom x for 4 years, which was great in use, but gradually more and more would disconnect while playing. This venom x4 promised so much of an upgrade in speed and ease of use, but I didnt get to find out because it wouldnt recognise that it was plugged into an xbox. Yes, all set up followed to the letter etc. Skrilla advice was poor: push this, press that, tweak the other, stand on one leg with all the windows open. Nonsense support.
