and is easy to dismantle for cleaning
The cutting blades do not completely meet - one appears to be slightly bowed - and so it is really only possible to cut with the very end of the blades. It is extremely sharp, does that part of the job really well, and is easy to dismantle for cleaning. Whether we can get the blades to meet properly along their entire length remains to be seen, hence the 3 stars only

Kitchen Scissors.
It was much better than I imagined beware though it is very sharp and could easerly cut a finger off, but in saying that it cut through chicken bones like butter.
