Very plug and play. Works amazingly. Haven't had to recharge yet so I won't know about battery life yet. You do have to charge it when you get it for 2hrs or so. I was a bit overwhelmed with directions and just sort of figured it out, but it was easy. And there are some extra pieces in case damaged or lost. You just friction stick on the hose and the spout (with the little gasket piece that there are extras of). I washed it off before putting it in my bottle. You have to have the lid for the bottle to use it. But you just take out the small piece of the lid, drop in the hose, stick on the dispenser, then hit power and you have water. My cats are not very happy about how loud it is, but it is just on for a minute at a time for the most part (it does take a minute or two because it doesn't have the fastest flow rate, but it is simple and cheap which works well for my wallet and stress level in pandemic times lol). So I am enjoying it and will recommend it to others. Very easy to use. Works well :)

I really didn't expect this pump to last as long as it has. 2019 till 2023 still running strong and great battery life.

This works great & is a cheap solution to avoid pricey water dispensers. It’s easy to use & battery lasts long. The only thing is the silver spout part doesn’t really stay in place. It doesn’t snap in or anything...it’s just kind of “placed” in the hole. It keeps falling out & now we just use it without it which gets water everywhere. If they could make it so the spout stays in, it would be 5 stars.

Easy to use. I like that I don’t have to hold the button down to dispense, but rather press it once for on and then again for off. The battery lasts a long time on a full charge. The tube gets all the way down to the bottom of 5 gallon jugs so I can get every last cup of water. Reliable. Hasn’t leaked yet and I’ve used it for months.

We've had this for about six months and it's worked great. We use a 3 gallon bottle with a 55mm neck. We put a standard plastic cap over the end of the neck and then stick this pump on top of that and it's a relatively solid attachment (it feels like a light suction). We charged this up the day we got it and haven't had to recharge it since, although after ten 3 gallon bottles it seems like it's going to need to be recharged soon. The pump seems well made and isn't too loud when pumping. I'd definitely buy this again!

We absolutely LOVE this dispenser! I have a 5 gallon bottle that it sits on top of and I have had it refilled 3 times without charging it. If there is any negative, it's a bit loud. It's only an issue when it's toddler naptime. Otherwise this thing was worth every penny and I would definitely buy it again.*Update: It's not that loud, I'm just sensitive during naptime lol.

This is a great product except for one thing - the little rubber seal at the end of the dispenser pipe. This rubber seal is quite fragile and is easily damaged. Lucky for us there are two with the product so if one is damaged, the other one can be used however, if both are damaged the pump is useless. This is not a good design and the rubber seal need to be more robust and they should include a pack of them with the pump so you have a good supply of back up seals. Well after two days the second back ups seal has shredded so now it leaks when it pumps. Does anyone out there know where I can get more seals? If not I will have to toss this lovely little pump for lack of a supply of seals...

Been using this a long time. Battery life is excellent and so easy to use.
